2. Services & Orders
- Core Activities: Design and execution of projects and products centered on Iranian mirrorwork.
- Usage: All mirrorwork is intended for indoor use, excluding humid environments such as bathrooms, saunas, or toilets.
- Order Placement: Orders can be placed via the website, email, or in-person consultations.
- Geographic Scope: mirroRE is based in the Netherlands, but international projects and collaborations are part of our strategic focus.
- Consultation: Initial site visits and project assessments are included in the service scope.
3. Payments & Pricing
- VAT: All online store prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added to the invoice per Dutch regulations.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made online or upon invoice, with a standard 14-day payment term.
- Included Costs: Prices include initial site visits, consultations, preliminary design sketches, installation (for projects), and shipping (for online products).
- Deposits: 50% deposit required to initiate all projects; remaining 50% due upon delivery or installation.
- Large Projects: For invoices exceeding €5,000, the balance may be paid in monthly installments, with a minimum of €1,000 per month until fully settled.
4. Delivery & Installation
- Handcrafted Products: Delivery typically takes 1–2 months, depending on project complexity.
- Confirmation: Estimated delivery or installation date confirmed upon order approval.
- Responsibility: mirroRE is responsible for on-site installation, execution, and safety compliance.
- Installation Preparation: Location determined during initial site visit; preparatory work is carried out by mirroRE or the client per agreement.
- Delays: Any anticipated delays will be communicated in advance to the client.
5. Returns & Warranty
- Warranty: Two-year warranty against natural or spontaneous changes in appearance.
- Impact Damage: Damage from external impact or mishandling is repairable at client’s expense.
- Bespoke Projects: Returns or refunds not possible once work is completed and approved.
- Decorative/Mirror Objects: Returns accepted within 30 days if undamaged.

- Client Responsibility: Secure packaging and insured return shipment.
- Refunds: mirroRE reimburses return shipping cost after receiving and confirming item’s condition.
6. Intellectual Property & Liability
- Ownership: All designs and artworks are exclusive property of mirroRE, signed by the artist.
- Prohibition: Reproduction, duplication, or sale under another name/brand is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
- Image Use: Owners may share images with proper credit to mirroRE and the artist.
- Delay Responsibility: mirroRE informs clients in advance of any expected delays.

- If the revised timeline is not accepted, the client may cancel without penalty.
- External Factors: Delays caused by external suppliers or conditions are communicated, but mirroRE will make reasonable efforts to minimize impact.
7. Governing Law & Updates
- Law: Dutch law governs all agreements and transactions.
- >Dispute Resolution:Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent court in Amsterdam.
- Updates: mirroRE may revise these Terms at any time; changes take effect immediately upon publication. Clients are encouraged to review periodically.
8. Partnerships & Production
- Collaboration: mirroRE may work with external production companies under formal internal agreements.
- Structure: Collaborations have two phases, prototyping and final production.
- Ownership & Revenue: Ownership, usage rights, and sales revenue share are case-by-case and specified in the signed contract.
- Quality Responsibility: mirroRE remains responsible for coordination, quality control, and final product delivery.
