First Introduction Workshop Held in Amstelveen

On 27 June, we held the first session of our Introduction to Iranian Mirrorwork workshop at the mirroRE studio in Amstelveen.

The workshop was designed as a first encounter with Iranian mirror craftsmanship, offering participants an introduction to its historical background, cultural context, and the ideas that continue to shape this centuries-old craft today.

More than introducing a traditional craft, the workshop aimed to open a conversation about light, craftsmanship, and the cultural knowledge carried by Iranian mirrorwork.

We are grateful to everyone who joined us and shared this experience. The warm response to this first workshop was truly encouraging, and we look forward to welcoming many more participants in the future.
